Return and refund policy
Due to the adhesive nature of our products, we adhere to a strict hygiene policy, accepting returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us.
If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided, along with detailed instructions on how to return the product. You must ship the product back within 7 days after receiving the return label. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund. We allow a one-time exchange per item/order only. Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 12 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us.
